The staff member was very dry, so my first impression of the clinic was bad, but it changed after I consulted with the director. He told me how my concerns could be improved and pointed out all the areas I normally Photoshop, which I liked. But I’m satisfied with an 80-point nose, so it felt like they were trying to make me a 100-point nose? Thanks to that, all sorts of extras were added and the cost became insanely, insanely, insanely expensive. Other than that, I was satisfied with the consultation, but for a first surgery, using autologous costal cartilage feels too burdensome.
