The director seemed very friendly and gentle. He spoke softly and listened well. But I felt like the line was drawn far too carelessly, and he told me to look at it even though the line wasn't even coming out well. He was so bad at drawing the line that it was immediately a loss in my mind. The manager was not friendly and was kind of bad. Her tone also felt snide.
