Overall, I'm satisfied with the clean, no-frills result. First of all, the biggest thing I was worried about was the scar, but fortunately it barely remains and isn't noticeable, so it doesn't interfere with my daily life. Since the philtrum length is physically shorter, the overall balance of the face feels just right. Even though only my philtrum got shorter, people around me say I look much sharper, and above all I look younger than before.
