Seeing the one-person protest and the hospital's response after surgery change so drastically made me give up on surgery, but the consultation manager's kindness left such a strong impression that I'm writing this. It wasn't forced or overly exaggerated kindness, and I really liked how they set aside enough time and explained everything in detail. The consultation manager's attitude looked like there was a lot I could learn from. The doctor was also extremely detailed and kind, and spent a lot of time on the consultation. But they kept explaining things using English without considering the patient, so it felt inconsiderate. It was detailed and kind, but because of the one-person protest that is currently controversial around this hospital, I wondered if they were being conscious of that (I found out after the consultation). They confidently recommended a subfascial method that most other hospitals would oppose, and said the chance of capsular contracture was low, which seemed dangerous. When I told another hospital's director about it, that director even said that since I didn't have to get surgery from them anyway, they hoped I absolutely would not get surgery because the subfascial approach was too risky. It was a surgical method I learned about from the medical YouTube channel Be On The After Rain, but the basic method itself felt questionable. Subfascial: the surgery method is simple. Pain is low, recovery is very fast. That's why they emphasize one-day cosmetic surgery haha;;;;. The chance of capsular contracture is very high
