The consultation manager was just normally kind, I think. It was a year ago, so I don't remember very well..! There was pressure to make a reservation, and I didn't like that. The doctor looked right at my eyes and said, "If you do this and this, that should work," and chose things very neatly for me. That gave me trust, but I didn't get the surgery because of the manager's pressure to book it.
