The surgeon was good at consultations, really kind. Calm, and did a good job of shaping the line But the manager was bad. She spoke while putting down other hospitals, pressured me for a deposit, and when I said I needed to look around more first, her attitude changed completely. After seeing that, I decided not to do it here
