Before surgery I had completely monolids, and when I went for consultation they recommended buried sutures + epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction. My eyes were somewhat close-set, but because my nasal bridge was low they said they could look that way, too, so they said to keep the epicanthoplasty minimal and raise the nasal bridge later. The epicanthoplasty turned out natural and I'm satisfied. They first recommended doing buried sutures and, if they loosen later, doing incision surgery again. And before surgery they told me my left eye muscle was weak, so my eyes might end up uneven, and that turned out to be true, the left is a bit smaller...... I think I'll need to fix that again with incision surgery later. Aside from that, I'm satisfied with the surgical result, and it's so natural that nobody knows I had double eyelid surgery. Since it was buried sutures, that may be why haha
