I had a 3-step lower outer canthoplasty. I had the surgery because the upward-tilted outer corners of my eyes were stressful to me in daily life. The director was kind, and especially the staff were extremely kind, which I liked. They seemed to do it with a natural, safety-first approach. I was told in advance that there wasn't enough space to open much, so they would only make a small opening, and maybe because of that the before-and-after difference doesn't seem very big.
