Honestly, the manager is friendlier than the director. And I have never had surgery, but somehow it feels like they would make it natural. I brought a photo and asked them to make it look like that, but they barely looked at it and just kind of brushed it off. The director really is not very sincere. So where is that friendly image from YouTube... lol .
