It has been over 4 years since I had surgery, and this was my first plastic surgery clinic. At first, my nose was a bit broad, and the bridge was on the higher side, but the tip surgery only ended up giving it a somewhat shaped look. They said they would correct the hump, but now I still have a very slight hump. When you look from the side, it still looks humpy, so you can't even tell I had surgery.. The tip was pinched a bit, but it is still an extremely large nose. Everyone says my nose is too big. And they did external incisions for alar reduction, but now my nostrils are huge... I hope to get revision nose surgery. And the front cheek fat looked pretty when I had it done. Since a friend worked there, I went, but I really regret it. Oh, and while I was in surgery, I woke up briefly and went to the bathroom, and in a dazed state a staff member was guiding me to the bathroom, but the person in the operating room shoved me into the elevator and was texting on their phone. So it felt rude, scary, and unsettling.
