I received surgery at a discounted event price in exchange for writing a review. But they did not provide even a copy of the contract, and the hospital says it cannot show it unless I visit because it is not a "medical record." They are extremely kind during consultation, but once the surgery starts, both the medical staff and everyone else become rude. A hospital I feel I will never return to.
