I really want to go back to how I was before surgery. If it were only that my lower belly sagged and looked uneven and there was no effect, I wouldn't be this depressed and miserable. For reference, before surgery I was 165 cm / 58 kg, with an average build. Now I am 165 cm / 60 kg, and I like exercise, so I'm not the type to gain weight easily.
