My friend and I had our first nose surgery together 10 years ago, and I remember that they made the incision inside the nose. I remember talking with the doctor during the surgery lol I just kind of did it without much thought because the price wasn't that expensive, and it didn't look very obvious afterward. Later, I developed an infection at the tip of my nose and had to have revision surgery again T_T
