The hospital system was quite chaotic. The staff were kind, but it was hectic. It was about 10 minutes after my appointment time before I got the CT scan, and then about 20 minutes later I finally met the surgeon. In terms of professionalism and confidence, the surgeon felt trustworthy. However, there were also some parts that made me tilt my head. It felt like they were pushing me a bit toward functional nose surgery.. Also, when I mentioned my concerns, they said that for other people it might be difficult, but for someone who performs the surgery every time, it is not a big deal. That made me trust the confidence, but I also felt the basis of the answer was lacking. It is still one of the hospitals on my list.
