Overall it wasn't bad, but it felt a bit chaotic because it was kind of big The manager's consultation was good, they explained everything in detail and were kind, and the director was cool. I decided on surgery, but suddenly the director quit and they contacted me saying another director would do it, asking if I'd like to do another consultation. So I felt it was better not to do it, and I didn't go through with the surgery.
