The consultation coordinator felt very bureaucratic in how they handled the consultation... The director was kind and gave a good consultation!!! The director is handsome.. hahaha Compared to other hospitals, the surgery fee was on the expensive side. The consultation itself was just so-so.. While I was talking with the director, the coordinator or a staff member kept coming and going, so I could not concentrate and it felt distracting..
