I had surgery about 4 years ago, and it felt like they tailored it to me! I said I did not want silicone and just wanted the tip a little sharper. There was no particular pressure. It turned out well, and I have been satisfied and living with it haha But they said they would watch the slightly protruding bridge and fix it later, and then after 3 months of follow-up they said it could happen if they do not put in silicone. It felt like they were avoiding it? T_T After the surgery it was fine and not bothersome enough to worry about much, but if it had happened in other areas, I think I would have been upset T_T
