In the end, the surgery failed.. one side formed a double crease.. I went back and they recommended fat grafting. I did it, but the result didn't improve the double crease at all and stayed exactly the same.. sigh.. They said it would get better with time, but if it's still exactly the same after 4 years, doesn't that say it all..?
