I paid for a 3-session package for the dating shot and got 2 shots, but I don't really know if it worked, and for several days I've had bleeding, and my skin used to be good but now I have several tiny acne bumps. They said their clinic only contains a small amount of steroids so it would be fine, but if I'm bleeding and acne is exploding like this, then it means too much was in there, right? When I called the hospital, they didn't even ask if I was okay, and the first thing they said was that I should have gotten the shot without steroids if I was worried about it, haha. When I consulted before getting the shot, they didn't separately explain the side effects, and they recommended the steroid-containing version saying it would be less effective without it, so that feels off. When I asked for a refund for the one session left, they said absolutely not. After thinking about it for several days I got angry and called 5 or 6 more times, and they kept saying they were busy, clearly avoiding my calls. If the line just means they're really on another call, they wouldn't hang up and a beep would come on saying the call might cost more, right? But that wasn't the kind of line it was; it felt like they made it on purpose to avoid calls. So I called from a payphone right away, and they answered. That made me angry too, and I wasn't asking for a refund because I didn't want the shot anymore, but because I had side effects like bleeding for a week. I even said honestly that if they refused a refund over side effects, wouldn't they have nothing to say even if I demanded compensation for damages? Only then did they say they would refund it, and that they'd check with the higher-up and contact me, so I waited, but they didn't come through, and I had to call again to finally get the refund. I will never go here again. The effect was minimal, and I'm suffering from side effects.
