First, I went to the consultation at the scheduled time, but the person who did the CT scan looked a bit tired and seemed bothered... The manager was kind like a neighborhood older sister, so that was nice. The ENT director consulted me about the functional aspects, and then I had a second consultation with the plastic surgery director, but they were delayed because they had been in surgery, so I waited 40 minutes...... That was so annoying.
