I went for a double eyelid consultation, and at first they gave me brochures of the directors and told me to look through them while I waited. I wanted a consultation with Director Hong, but since he wasn't in the brochure I mentioned it separately when I spoke with the coordinator. I had to wait a bit because the director was in surgery. The consultation wasn't very long, but they were kind.
