There were quite a lot of people, and the doctor was just very blunt and matter-of-fact, but I did like it because my upper lip is so bad.. It seems like they do it naturally. And the person doing the consultation was kind, explained everything in detail, and even suggested other procedures a bit, but did it in a way that didn't make me feel bad.
