Of all the clinics I consulted, this one pushed the hardest, so it was pretty bad.. They said if I didn't put down the deposit and book on the same day, I wouldn't be able to get a surgery date, so I ended up booking without even thinking, and it felt like I got robbed with my eyes open, so my first impression wasn't good at all. The doctor seemed confident and did a good job explaining things, but they pushed too hard for me to feel certain about surgery, so when I calmed down and looked back later, I was like, well.. since it's an important surgery for a customer, they could have said I could decide carefully and contact them later, but they couldn't promise there would still be a slot, and that would have felt more trustworthy. I was disappointed by their sales approach. One more thing: they said if I put down a deposit, I would need pre-surgery tests, so I got those done without thinking too, but they really couldn't draw blood properly and burst a vein, so I had arm pain all night and even had to take painkillers. If they can't even draw blood properly, I couldn't trust them with plastic surgery, so when I asked for a refund of the deposit, I saw that they deducted 100,000 won for the basic test fee and refunded the rest, and I thought it was good that I just canceled.
