I think this hospital is a place where patients need to study a lot before coming. Rather than the director stepping forward and explaining something, it feels more like he kindly answers when I ask about what I studied. I was disappointed because it was an early consultation and I didn't have many questions to ask. If I had gone later, I think it would have been good because I would have had a lot of questions.
