They explained to me in a way that made it easy to understand how the surgery I would receive would be done. And I also liked that they paid a lot of careful attention to aftercare and explained that part in quite a lot of detail. They seem to prefer a somewhat natural look, which I liked, but it would be good to keep in mind that the surgeon does not recommend things too aggressively.
