I first had a consultation with the manager, then with the director, and then one last consultation with the manager again. Since it is a clinic, I thought it would be different, but the consultation process was similar, and I actually liked that the director's consultation was richer and longer than the manager's. They do not exaggerate when explaining procedures, and they honestly talk about effects, progress, and side effects.
