I visited through a friend's introduction. I was given the same surgical details as my friend, and then had a final consultation with the manager. It was fifty-fifty whether things would go well or come undone, so I left after just the consultation. The staff outside were not very kind either. Since the ratio of people who did well and people whose results came undone was fifty-fifty, I think that is something worth keeping in mind.
