I liked that they explained things with a clear opinion, without giving the feeling of being a salesperson. There are a lot of videos about double eyelids on YouTube, and it seems they made videos about questions that are repeatedly asked on the homepage. It felt like they were trying to help the patient understand slowly, and I liked that.
