About 10 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and rhinoplasty. At the time, my friend had done it first and her eyes turned out beautifully, so I followed her. During the consultation, I emphasized several times that I wanted it to look natural, and it did turn out natural, so I'm still satisfied now. The epicanthoplasty scar is also barely visible, and the double eyelids were non-incisional buried sutures, but they still haven't loosened and have held up well. People around me don't even know I had anything done unless I tell them. I recommended it to a younger acquaintance who was deliberating double eyelid surgery, and they were pretty satisfied. But the nose is very disappointing.. The friend who had it first also complained that the nose looked obvious, and I think it wasn't the right method for my nose shape either. Back then I didn't know much, so I just went along with my friend, but looking back I wish I had researched each area properly before going. My nose had a slightly high bridge and a low tip, but they just placed silicone and ear cartilage on top of that shape. It looks natural, but not naturally pretty. So I'm thinking about revision rhinoplasty.
