I consulted with Dr. Oh about lower eyelid fat. He recommended lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting, and said fat repositioning or dual treatment wouldn't improve the sagging under the eyes. He answered my questions kindly, and the consultation took quite a long time. The consultation manager was very kind, the clinic was clean, and even though there were other patients, it wasn't very crowded.
