I came for face liposuction and ended up getting lower eyelid fat grafting as well. First of all, even though the surgery was scheduled for 10:30, the waiting time was extremely long, and although I arrived at 10:00, I didn't meet the doctor and have the surgery consultation until around 11:00. Of course, surgery didn't start until after 11. They put me under sedation twice: once for liposuction and once for lower eyelid fat grafting (they said it was being done together, but the surgery was delayed, so I woke up and then went back in). It's only been 4 days, so I don't know the surgery result yet. The postoperative care staff are really rude. They were kind during consultation, but no one cared where I should go after the swelling laser or about my belongings until I asked first. They said the doctor normally removes the bandage and disinfects, but because the surgery was delayed they said they couldn't help it and the consultation director did it instead. I had to come back without even seeing the doctor once (I had a 3:00 appointment, but I waited more than an hour and a half and had work to do, so I couldn't wait longer). No matter what the surgery result is, it's not like they have amazing surgical skill, and the staff are rude too, so if I went back, I absolutely wouldn't have surgery here.
