Hospital interior: Compared with other hospitals, this one is a small-sized hospital. The surgery area was not a major surgical department in the first place, but I was disappointed that if a major medical accident happened, there was no emergency infrastructure in place to handle it quickly. Consultation manager: I was impressed that the consultation manager knew the surgical process in detail and explained it almost as well as a doctor. They responded at an appropriate level, neither especially kind nor especially unkind. I liked that they did not really pressure me for a deposit. Doctor consultation (Oh): The doctor explained the surgical process in great detail and seemed to try to explain as kindly as possible. However, when I asked to know more details about the process, the stance was that it would be hard to understand because of a lack of medical knowledge, and I felt uncomfortable with that. Expectation for surgery: This is one of the hospitals I found after searching through other plastic surgery apps, including this community. Compared with other places, the scale is smaller and I do not really know how many surgeries they perform overall, so my expectations are not high. I plan to leave a surgery review after the procedure.
