It seemed like they do a lot of surgery with the combination of incision + upper canthoplasty. They said that if you do an incision, because the eyes tend to look sunken, fat repositioning could also be done together. They explained that the reason it was upper canthoplasty rather than epicanthoplasty was that opening downward would leave a scar, and that rather than making the horizontal width of the eyes longer, it would be better to make the eyes look more open through upper canthoplasty, and they explained it in detail.
