All the other clinics recommended full incision, but this was the only place that recommended partial incision. I do have a fairly strong Mongolian fold, but a lot of the pink area is visible, so they said front canthoplasty was optional and not something I had to do. The doctor spent a bit less time with me, but I think they examined me neatly. However, when booking surgery, they said I couldn't do it by phone and had to come back to the clinic to book it, which I found inconvenient.
