I ended up doing the inner, outer, and corner of the mouth too. I agonized over it a lot before doing it, and now it has been about three months and my satisfaction is pretty high. I like the shape, and my long philtrum and the lips that were curled inward have definitely improved. However, I am worried that the scar may be hard to heal perfectly. I will keep going for scar treatment, but I am not sure whether the scar can really disappear completely. It is a surgery with clear gains and losses.
