I had huge expectations and went because a hospital staff member recommended me to the chief doctor. First, I was disappointed by the manager's condescending? careless? attitude. They subtly said not to ask the doctor about things like the surgery method or process. They said they would explain everything themselves... When I went in, there was a nurse-like person standing next to me, and when I tried to ask about the surgery method or details, they avoided answering in a way that felt like I was asking about money (like they were tired of answering). I had to ask very carefully. They were not authoritarian, but maybe they were tired of it? I couldn't ask any more. When I actually looked confused, they said, "If you don't get it, then it's fine~ haha," and rather than feeling dismissed, I thought maybe they were tired because it was my first consultation. They may have been tired of dealing with everyone, but because of that attitude, this is still a clinic I regret going to. It would have been better to go there after knowing a lot.
