I had it done a long time ago, and even now it doesn’t feel tacky or like something I had done in the past. It just looks natural. It’s not especially beautiful, just exactly the way my nose feels. I and about 4 acquaintances had it done here too, and only one person ended up a bit overdone, while the others all turned out fine.
