I've heard that he is chic and blunt, but very skilled. The hospital is definitely smaller than a large one, but it's clean and cozy. He was kinder than I expected and answered my questions well. He said my nose had a good base, so he could raise it however much I wanted. He took photos with a Galaxy Tab and sketched directly, and I loved that sketch. I had heard a lot that he pursues natural results, so I asked, "Could you make it a little higher... more glamorous?" and he redrew it right away. When I said I was worried about side effects or contracture, he snorted and said he would never do surgery like that, and that confidence was impressive. He said flat out not to do the eyes. When I asked if back-and-lower corner widening might be possible, he said my eyes were the kind that didn't need anything done. We agreed to do only the nose, using the septum and ear cartilage with silicone. He said his only surgery under sleep plus local anesthesia would not hurt, and showed confidence again. After the consultation with the director, I consulted with the coordinator and tried to gently say I wanted the eyes done, but as expected, it did not work. He said even just the nose would change things dramatically. The surgery time was 1 hour to 1 hour 30
