The consultation with the director was fast and professional. Of course, not every hospital staff member has to be kind, but the tone felt unfriendly, and I started wondering whether I had done something wrong. The price was reasonable and the director was trustworthy, but for some reason I no longer felt like going ahead, so I plan to hold off.
