If I look at the surgical result first, one side is so satisfying, but since I already had asymmetry, one eye is shorter and sits higher even after surgery... Honestly, I had this surgery to try to balance my uneven eyes, and I did not really want bigger eyes, so I am very disappointed.. But one eye is definitely more open at the outer corner and looks much different from before, which is nice, but because the two sides are different, I cannot just say I am happy with it..
