Instead, he just said he'd put in as much as he could and had a relaxed expression, which somehow felt disappointing. The manager kept emphasizing that they had over 10,000 cases with no accidents, and saying that if I was going to have surgery, it would be better to book the date right away, which felt too rushed and left a bad impression on me.
