I had double-jaw and contouring surgery about 1 year ago. The double-jaw surgery was successful in terms of function only (no nerve paralysis anywhere, and now my bite is better after orthodontic correction), but my philtrum became almost as long as my chin, and my upturned nose became even worse.(I read posts on the railway workers' cafe and saw that this does happen often with double-jaw surgery...). So yesterday I had upturned nose surgery, and I plan to have philtrum reduction in a few months. Even though I had all 4 contouring procedures, the degree of change was so minimal that it was almost disappointing... I am thinking of getting revision surgery somewhere else And the surgery costs here are much, much higher than at other hospitals~~
