The consultation focused on preserving individuality while pursuing natural beauty. Also, the director just states the facts without exaggeration. What would happen with autologous costal cartilage, what would happen with silicone, how much either one could raise the current nose, and so on. He was very blunt about my face... I actually liked that. Overall, it was a candid, straightforward consultation.
