When I was younger, I was greedy and wanted to have everything shaved down as much as possible, so I went around consulting only places that said they would cut a lot, and in the end I chose one clinic. But the result was that my square jaw became exaggerated and the cheekbone area became sunken, to the point where my head actually looked bigger.
