I had a consultation while bringing reference photos because I had a style I wanted. My eyes feel stuffy and small, so I wondered if I needed to open them in all directions, but they said I did not need the front canthus and that if I wanted, the back and lower sides could be done. I wanted to make my eyes look prettier naturally, not wildly larger, so I think the consultation went well because they recommended the double eyelid line and whether to do canthoplasty without going overboard.
