I visited because I wanted fat grafting. I put down the deposit, and on the day of surgery they tried to operate, but there wasn't enough fat, so I ended up leaving without the surgery. Of course the deposit was refunded, but honestly I had taken all the leave I needed, fasted, and came in, and only then did I learn during the surgery process that I had almost no fat and thick skin. The fact that I left without being able to do it felt a bit... They said from the start that because I had so little flesh, only the first round would barely be possible and the second round would depend on whether I gained weight. So I went in wanting at least the first round done, but... after waking up from anesthesia, I heard that the surgery couldn't be done. I wish they had explained these possibilities in advance, and maybe told me that if full-face was not possible, they could at least put it in the areas I wanted before ending.
