If there were not so many rumors, there would not be people swarming here. Because it was so chaotic, the staff were rude, and even though I had made a reservation, the waiting time was enormous. The director was too arrogant and rude, with a tone and nuance of "what I say is always right," which was very unpleasant. Even if they are very good, I do not want surgery here.
