Review

I went for a consultation about revision double eyelid surgery, but I could only consult with the manager. It seemed like I could only see the director if the manager said okay. In my case they said no, so that part was fine, but the consultant's desk was right by the entrance, and the people waiting could hear everyone else's consultation, so it was pretty embarrassing.
