It's been about 3 years since I had revision eye surgery after my buried suture came loose. To put it bluntly, never go there. I went because they said they were good at incisional surgery and I found them through before-and-after photos, but I knew nothing about plastic surgery and was too naive, so I ended up getting surgery impulsively and have been going through severe mental and physical distress. It failed aesthetically too (sunken scar, deeply fixed sausage-like line), and on top of that I developed functional problems, so at night even traffic lights are hard to see like astigmatism and everything looks blurred. If I could turn back time, I would absolutely not go. Aftercare was terrible, and the consultation manager felt more like a salesperson than a specialist. There wasn't even a separate consultation room; they just do it right at the door where everyone can see. Back then I must have been possessed by something, because I just wanted surgery quickly and acted way too impulsively... I regret it so much... I can't even close or lower my eyes in front of other people, and it got bad enough that I developed social avoidance. I also got an unexplained wrinkle in my eye area... When it was only buried sutures, it turned out so naturally that people around me often said it looked pretty, but now when someone stares at my face it feels like they're only looking at my eyes, and right after the surgery I truly wanted to die... Fortunately, the functional problems improved a lot with time, but in the beginning I couldn't even go into a movie theater during the day. Never go there. It's not even cheap compared with other places.... Just thinking about how this clinic has kept me endlessly searching online for plastic surgery posts until I'm drained makes me feel endlessly wronged and depressed..
