The consultation was really the worst. I called before going in, but they hung up on me. When I got to the hospital and said I was there for a consultation, they told me to sit down, so I filled out the basic information and sat down. But there was no consultation room, and I was consulted right in front of the door lol. I really got consulted by the staff member at the counter right in front of me. I asked a few questions I was curious about, plus the surgical method and the date, and they said, "You have a lot of questions, don't you," in a sarcastic way and asked whether I was really going to do it. They were so unfriendly. I went there after seeing the surgical reviews, and I was disappointed.
